Welcome to Cooke Howlison and Campbells Toyota
We look after Dunedin City & South Otago
A well-known and respected company in the community.”
What makes Cooke Howlison and Campbells Toyota so special?
Believe it or not, we’ve been a locally owned and operated company since 1895. (Yes, the vehicles have evolved quite a lot since then!)
What’s kept us going so long is our ongoing high standards, and the pride we have in the service we provide to the people of Otago. Our passion is our people – our customers as well as our staff.
What we’re looking for in a Cooke Howlison and Campbells Toyota team member
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, and are prepared to go the extra mile for our customers.
Toyota training for our staff
We’re committed to supporting you in all training that helps you to become a higher-performing member of our team.
Many of our staff will be a part of Toyota New Zealand’s technical and business training programmes – depending on your role within the dealership. That means we’ll teach you all there is to know about Toyota products and business practices. As a Toyota team member you’ll also be offered full, ongoing training support, including externally-sourced, specialised training, as well as access to one-on-one sales coaching from top trainers in the industry.
Help us help the community
We have a strong focus on the local community, and our involvement includes support of:
- The Otago Community Hospice
- Cancer Society
- Orokonui Ecosanctuary
- MS Society
- Alzheimer’s Otago
- Annual Weetbix Tryathlon in conjunction with Toyota NZ
- Annual Santa Parade – we supply the vehicles and drivers to tow the floats and organize all the floats on parade day
- During the Annual Christmas can appeal drive, we supply vehicles and drivers to go around the streets of Dunedin collecting donations in conjunction with the police, fire service and St John
We also have a courtesy coach that we lend out to community groups, schools and sports teams free of charge.
